Refund Policy

At Riveonix, we strive to provide high-quality analytics and research services for innovation digital infrastructure. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which we provide refunds for our products and services. By purchasing or subscribing to our services, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
1. Digital Products and Subscriptions
1.1 Research Reports and Digital Publications
For one-time purchases of digital research reports, analytics documents, and other downloadable content:
- We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase if you are not satisfied with the content.
- To be eligible for a refund, you must provide a detailed explanation of why the product did not meet your expectations.
- Once you request a refund, you must cease using the product and delete all downloaded copies.
Note: Due to the intellectual property nature of our digital products, refunds will not be issued if:
- You have accessed, downloaded, or viewed a significant portion of the content
- We have evidence that the content has been copied or distributed
- The request is made more than 14 days after purchase
1.2 Subscription Services
For our subscription-based analytics and research services:
- New subscribers may cancel within 14 days of the initial subscription date for a full refund of the first billing cycle.
- After the first 14 days, you may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew.
- Subscription cancellations must be initiated through your account dashboard or by contacting our customer support team.
Annual Subscriptions: If you have paid for an annual subscription in advance and wish to cancel, we may provide a pro-rated refund for the unused portion minus any applicable discounts received for the annual commitment, at our discretion.
2. Consulting and Custom Research Services
2.1 Cancellation Prior to Service Commencement
For custom research, analytics projects, and consulting services:
- Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the agreed project start date will receive a full refund of any deposits or prepayments.
- Cancellations made between 7-14 days prior to the project start date will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the project start date will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
2.2 Cancellation After Service Commencement
If you cancel a project after work has begun:
- You will be billed for all work completed up to the cancellation date.
- Any unused portion of prepaid fees may be refunded at our discretion, depending on the project stage and resources already allocated.
- Projects that are 50% or more complete at the time of cancellation are generally not eligible for any refund.
3. Training and Workshops
3.1 Virtual Training
For virtual training sessions and online workshops:
- Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made 3-7 days before the scheduled date will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 3 days before the event are not eligible for a refund but may be transferred to another person or rescheduled within 3 months (subject to availability).
3.2 In-Person Training
For in-person training sessions and workshops:
- Cancellations made at least 14 days before the scheduled date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made 7-14 days before the scheduled date will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are not eligible for a refund but may be transferred to another person or rescheduled within 6 months (subject to availability).
Note on Event Cancellations: If Riveonix cancels an event or training session, participants will be offered either a full refund or the option to attend a rescheduled session.
4. Technical Issues and Service Availability
In the event of prolonged technical issues or service unavailability:
- If our platform or services experience significant downtime (more than 24 consecutive hours), we may provide compensation in the form of service extensions, credits, or partial refunds, evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
- Temporary maintenance periods and previously announced downtime are excluded from compensation eligibility.
- Issues related to your own technical setup, internet connection, or device compatibility are not grounds for refunds.
5. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact our customer support team at support@riveonix.com or through the contact form on our website.
- Include your order number, the date of purchase, and a detailed explanation of your refund request.
- For subscription cancellations, indicate whether you wish to cancel immediately or at the end of the current billing period.
Processing time for refunds:
- We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days of approval.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
6. Exceptions and Special Circumstances
We understand that exceptional circumstances can arise. In cases of:
- Documented medical emergencies
- Natural disasters affecting your ability to use our services
- Other extreme unforeseen circumstances
We may extend refund eligibility periods or make exceptions to our standard policy at our discretion. Supporting documentation may be required.
Enterprise Clients: Enterprise clients with custom contracts should refer to the specific terms outlined in their service agreements, which may supersede this general refund policy.
7. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically for changes. Your continued use of our services following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
