You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize Riveonix to use all patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights in and to any and all User Content in the manner contemplated by the Service and these Terms.

3. Payments and Subscriptions

3.1 Billing

If you register for any paid services or subscriptions, you agree to pay all fees associated with such services. You will be charged on a recurring basis according to the billing cycle of your subscription. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specifically set forth in these Terms.

3.2 Fee Changes

Riveonix, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the subscription fees for the subscriptions. Any subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current billing cycle. We will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any change in subscription fees to allow you to terminate your subscription before such change becomes effective.

3.3 Refunds

Certain refund requests may be considered by Riveonix on a case-by-case basis and granted at the sole discretion of Riveonix. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more information.

4. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service, or notify us that you wish to delete your account.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Riveonix, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

1. Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
2. Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
3. Any content obtained from the Service; and
4.
